The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, punctures, cuts, improper inflation, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, improper storage, or damage caused by using the product contrary to the supplied instructions.
Proof of purchase may be required for warranty service. If you believe your mat has a manufacturing defect, contact us with your order information and clear photographs of the issue.
