Thank you for choosing Axel Trainer products.
All Axel Trainer equipment is built with precision and quality materials, and we stand behind the performance of every unit we manufacture. This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failures under normal use conditions.

This warranty applies only to original purchasers who bought directly from www.axeltrainer.com or authorized distributors.

2. Warranty Coverage

Duration

All Axel Trainer Electric Spinners and AxelMate Harness Systems are covered by a 1-year (12-month) limited warranty from the date of original delivery.

Accessories (chargers, batteries, controllers, cables, and adapters) are covered for 90 days from delivery.

What Is Covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

• Electrical component failures (motor, control board, or wiring) due to normal use.

• Structural defects in the main frame, top disk, or harness attachment hardware under proper usage conditions.

If a defect covered by this warranty occurs, Axel Trainer LLC will, at its discretion:

• Repair the defective component, or

• Replace the product with an equivalent new or refurbished unit.

3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage or malfunction caused by:

• Normal wear and tear (rubber tops, pads, belts, cosmetic scratches, etc.).

• Misuse, neglect, or failure to follow user instructions.

• Overloading, dropping, or improper installation or transportation.

• Unauthorized modification, repair, or disassembly.

• Water, moisture, or liquid damage.

• Damage caused by use of incompatible accessories, power supplies, or batteries.

• Commercial use beyond intended figure skating training purposes.

• Shipping damage not reported within 48 hours of receipt.

Note: The warranty is void if any internal components (battery, controller, motor, or wiring) are opened or tampered with by non-authorized personnel.

4. Warranty Claim Procedure

To file a claim:

1. Email info@axeltrainer.com with your order number, serial number (if available), and detailed description of the issue.

2. Include clear photos or a short video showing the problem.

3. Our technical team will respond within 3 business days with next steps or troubleshooting instructions.

4. If a return is required, we will issue a Warranty Return Authorization (WRA) and provide the return shipping instructions.

Important:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for warranty evaluation.

• If the issue is confirmed to be a covered defect, Axel Trainer LLC will repair or replace the item and cover the cost of shipping the replacement back to you.

5. Limitation of Liability

Axel Trainer LLC is not liable for any:

• Injury, loss, or damage resulting from improper or unsafe use of the product.

• Consequential, incidental, or indirect damages (including loss of training time, income, or opportunity).

Our total liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.

Always follow the user manual and safety instructions before operating any Axel Trainer product.

6. Warranty for International Customers

International customers (outside the U.S.) may be required to return the defective item to a U.S. service center at their expense. Axel Trainer LLC will not cover customs duties, taxes, or import/export fees.

In some regions, authorized distributors may handle warranty service locally—please contact your point of purchase for details.

7. Transfer & Proof of Purchase

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
You must provide a valid proof of purchase (invoice, order confirmation, or receipt) when filing a claim.

8. Additional Notes

• Products repaired or replaced under warranty are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer.

• The use of the Axel Trainer app or third-party accessories does not extend or modify the warranty terms.

• Axel Trainer LLC reserves the right to improve product design or functionality without obligation to update previously sold units.

At Axel Trainer LLC, we stand behind the quality and performance of our products. Each item is tested and inspected prior to shipment. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy subject to the conditions below.

This Return Policy applies to all products purchased directly from www.axeltrainer.com. For items purchased through authorized distributors, please contact them directly for their specific return procedures.

2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all the following conditions:

• Returned within 30 days of delivery.

• In unused condition, free from damage, scratches, or signs of wear.

• Returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and protective materials.

• Accompanied by a proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Products showing signs of use, modification, or damage (including from misuse, water exposure, or improper setup) are not eligible for return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Used Axel Trainer electronic spinners or AxelMate harness systems showing wear or scuff marks.

• Batteries, chargers, or any electronic components once connected or activated.

• Custom or limited-edition items made to order (e.g., engraved or color-customized versions).

• Digital downloads (manuals, software, or app access keys).

• Gift cards.

4. Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at info@axeltrainer.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Our team will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

3. Securely pack your product in its original packaging and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the box.

4. Ship your return using a trackable shipping service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

Unapproved returns or packages sent without an RA number may be refused.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

• Shipping costs (including express or international shipping fees) are non-refundable.

• In cases of partial returns, any promotional discounts or bundles will be recalculated accordingly.

6. Exchanges

We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact info@axeltrainer.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

• The packaging (outside and inside)

• The product and any visible damage

• The shipping label

We will provide a replacement or repair option as appropriate. Damage reported after 48 hours may not qualify for compensation.

8. International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

• You are responsible for return shipping, customs fees, and import duties.

• Axel Trainer LLC cannot be held liable for items lost or delayed during international return shipping.

9. Warranty Reminder
